1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the fbje website at fbje.net, creating a player account, logging in, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the fbje platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and accept the fbje Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You have read and accept the fbje Responsible Gaming Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You are accessing fbje of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of fbje is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players, regardless of device, connection method, or geographic location within Bangladesh. The English version of this document is the authoritative version. In any dispute over interpretation, the English text controls.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active fbje account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You are a human individual acting on your own behalf — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You have not previously had a fbje account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an fbje employee or partner organisation.
• You are not accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service in order to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or accepting gambling-related services on a professional or commercial basis without the explicit written consent of fbje management.

fbje reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time — including before a player's first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the timeframe specified by fbje support staff may result in suspension of the account pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on fbje at any given time. Creating duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where fbje detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual (identified by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or identity documents), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

During registration, players must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. fbje will use this information to verify your identity, process transactions, and communicate account-related updates. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbje login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. fbje will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify fbje support immediately. fbje accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

3.4 KYC Verification

fbje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming best practices. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point at fbje's discretion. Delays in completing KYC verification may result in temporary holds on withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fbje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed at fbje's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on fbje is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits are defined per payment method and per player tier, and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform. Players may also set voluntary personal deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. 4.4 Player Funds

This segregation means that your deposited funds are not used to finance platform operations and remain accessible for withdrawal subject to these Terms.

4.5 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on fbje are denominated in BDT. Players are not subject to currency conversion fees when depositing or withdrawing in Bangladeshi Taka. fbje is not responsible for any fees charged independently by a player's mobile banking provider or card issuer.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fbje offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and returning players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Standard welcome bonus wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonuses are forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless fbje explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and specialty games such as Keno may contribute at a lower percentage. The contribution table is available within each bonus offer's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: fbje reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.
• Welcome Bonus Eligibility: The welcome deposit bonus is available to new players only on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an fbje account under any identity are not eligible for the new player welcome offer.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game errors, or display malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports fraud.

• Attempting to access another player's account without their knowledge and consent.
• Publicly misrepresenting fbje's services, terms, or outcomes in a manner that is false or misleading.

fbje employs real-time fraud monitoring and reserves the right to investigate any account that exhibits unusual activity. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, fbje may close the account, void all pending and settled bets, and forfeit any remaining balance without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their fbje account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real money balances in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their access to fbje for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation by fbje support. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used to place bets, make deposits, or claim bonuses. 8.3 Closure by fbje

fbje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player's account is involved in fraudulent, criminal, or suspicious activity.
• The player has provided false identity or payment information.
• Regulatory obligations require the platform to cease services to a particular account or category of accounts.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where fbje closes an account for breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Funds determined to be unrelated to fraudulent activity will be returned to the player following the conclusion of the investigation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbje's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fbje is not liable for any of the following, regardless of the cause or foreseeability:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of data arising from platform downtime or technical failure.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate odds due to data feed errors subsequently corrected.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Interruptions to service caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or civil unrest.

The fbje platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While fbje uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

10. Dispute Resolution

fbje is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the fbje service — including a disputed bet settlement, a payment discrepancy, a bonus calculation error, or an account management decision — please follow the process below:

11. Amendments to These Terms

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes — may be made without advance notice.

12. Governing Law
